A simple way to count cells in Excel automatically
Follow below steps to count cells in Microsoft Excel.
Step1: Select the cells you want to count.
Step2: Go to Home tab. Then, look for Editing box.
Click on AutoSum. Choose Count Numbers from the drop-down list.
It counts all selected cells automatically and shows the result at the end of selected cells.
Determine Max or Min of the cells values
Also, you can determine the Max or Min of several numbers simply. The same as previous steps, first select the cells you want to average. Then, go to Home—> Editing—> AutoSum—> Max. It shows you the maximum number of selected cells values.
As the same way you can determine minimum of the cells values.
