Follow below steps to disable comments in WordPress.
Log in to your WordPress admin panel. Go to Post—>All Posts
On the specific post you want to disable it. Select the Quick edit.
Then check the box “Allow Comments“. If you tick the box, its viewpoint is disabled and other users cannot post comments.
Disabling all comments
If you want to post articles that are coming from now on and the comments are disabled, you can do the following steps.
Go to Settings—>Discussion
In Default article settings section tick the box in front of Allow people to post comments on new articles. You will find that all comments will be disabled from now on.
