Step1: Draw a table. Go to Insert tab and select Table. Insert a table you desire.
Step2: Go to Insert tab and select Text Box from Text section.
Step3: Copy the whole table and paste it in the text box you have inserted.
Step4: Rotate the text box from the point you see in below picture.
You can hide the text box lines. Right-Click on an edge of the text box and select Format Shape. Go to Line and choose No line.
